Parental Observation
Parents are welcome to watch from the balcony at any time. We ask that parents do not try to communicate with their child while they are in class. This distraction can be dangerous to all children in the gym. Due to insurance reasons parents and siblings of gymnasts cannot be allowed access to the gym floor, except during pre-school programs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Dress Code
Girls are required to wear a 1 piece body suit (no skirts or leggings) and bare feet.  Hair must be fastened back off the face in a ponytail (metal clips may help).  Boys are required to wear shorts and a t-shirt and hair (if long) must be fastened off face.

Promptness & Attendance
Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before class begins.  The beginning of the class and the warm up help your child to adjust to the surroundings as well as prevent injury.  Shoes or boots may go on the boot racks and clothes may be put in the cubbies in the locker rooms.  Continued attendance is most crucial to the enjoyment and progress.

Refunds
The Registration and MGA fee of $15.00 is non-refundable. · A one week written notice of cancellation is required to receive a refund.  You will be charged for classes attended plus one week.  There will be absolutely no refunds after Week #7.  (Exception Medical Reasons - a credit for the next session will be given)
