The role of our president includes:

• Scheduling and chairing board meetings; organizing and preparing agendas;

• Strongly supporting all coaches, board members and volunteers;

• Drafting and providing guidance on policy development and wage reviews;

• Act as a spokesperson on behalf of the gymnastics centre when appropriate;

• Attending monthly board meetings

Experience is not required; however our preferred experience includes previous, volunteering, education and/or employment in a related field.  Confident, strong leadership abilities are very important.
